High-temperature silicone-coated fibreglass sleeving

HFGVS-AT sleeving is produced by braiding fibreglass yarn over a mandrel and then coating it with a special, very high quality silicone rubber. It is used to protect wires, cables and flexible hoses from high temperatures. Its continuous operating temperature is 260°C; it withstands 850°C comfortably for about 30 minutes and can withstand temperatures up to 1200°C for a few minutes.

In addition, thanks to the silicone rubber coating, HFGVS-AT sleeving is waterproof and resistant to abrasion, chemicals, oils and hydraulic fluids.

It has comfortably passed the tests of specification EN 45545-2:2015 and the flame-protection tests to technical specification EN 50200.
